Pros The interface is well designed and easy to use. The software is solid--very few bugs. The Navori Stix 3700 player is solid also--very little O&M needed to operate and maintain them. Cons A clear issue is the inability to install digital certificates on the 3700 that are needed when using in a secure network environment to get out to the internet. There are many times you need help because the player won't play videos but the response from technical support is non existent. It's the least times , but it happens.
