It is pretty all self-explanatory once you get the hang of it, like how to find a resident using the address and even payment types. Cons It is pretty old school in that you'd have to use the function keys a lot but at least you do not have to use your mouse/cursor as much. It is efficient and effective. Pros MRI is great for Tenant Management, Property Management and overall Operations including Accounting/Batching, Communications, and it is available as an Integration with other programs. Cons It was a bit of a Learning Curve, however is generally easy to navigate if you are exploratory and not afraid to find your way around. Pros UI, ease of useage, cloud based storage, able to be accessed by mobile, easy end of month and payment to creditors and landlords Cons Very strick and rigid system that has other features locked behind a paywall. Very limited online/self service features for both agents and landlords/tenants. The landlord and tenant portal UI and information looks like it was designed back in 2005. The system does not allow zapier or webhooks so there are zero automation possible, but they do have intergrations with other australian companies, which means an API key is available just locked away.
