"Transactor"

Pros: Transactor allows you to create customized screens to collect relevant data using the Screenbuilder tool. I like the dashboard feature again, which provides a great overview. With optional configurations and settings, we can add scripts to help employees assign different permission levels. A big advantage is that Transactor has partnership and collaboration agreements, also an open API to integrate with almost any third party application, ensuring secure connection and document transfer. Various policy documents can be created and edited for print, email, SMS delivery or online document manager access. With additional tools, we can setup full claims processing, including the ability to record payments and collections from customers or third parties.

Cons: I recommend taking full advantage of optional support applications such as Document Manager to use the full potential of the application. If we use without it, it loses its meaning. The application is user friendly, the integration via API with the client suited me, I have nothing to complain about.
