" May 6, 2020 5.0 I am so happy with my experience using this tool, that decided to make the effort and leave a positive reference :) Pros It's easy to set up, add branches and variety of questions. Simple and clear reports. And I very much like the fact that it's optimised for mobile. Cons I couldn't find an option to optimise the uploaded images within the tool itself. Office Manager Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Features not work, Support not responding" June 13, 2019 1.0 Their Support team won't respond to my messages and does not offer any other way of contacting them. No email addresses or phone numbers or anything. Pros I used to like the survey summary reports however they no longer exist. Cons They have the option in Settings to only allow one response per device however this only works on computers, not mobile devices. So survey responders have been cheating our surveys and responding multiple times and messing up our numbers. I figured that I could just manually weed out multiple responses by sorting responses by IP addresses however, when I export data, I am only able to export the question response/vote, no other info so cannot see the IP address. Therefore, I am unable to delete the cheated responses. I have sent 4 messages to the Support team over the past 8 days however they will not respond to my questions. If they were to respond, I'd delete this review. Review Source KB Kasey B. The survey builder is intuitive and the real time reports are helpful when making decisions on what actions we should take internally. Track stats and answers easily. Allows you to add direct to site with paid features. Cons I use this yearly for my site and have yet to be impressed. Voting paid isn't responsive and doesn't resize images in mobile view. Options for premade layouts are simple, not visually appealing and almost impossible to edit on the back end. It's been a few years and I don't see much has changed. Maybe after some improvements I would consider the paid version. Pros Overall, this app is great for the free features. It is easy and effective without having to spend a lot of time setting up. Cons It doesn't seem like you get too many extra features with the paid version to make it worth it. I also feel like the overall aesthetics of it could be a lot better than what they are. May 16, 2018 3.0 Pros The ease of setting up your polls is so useful and a timesaver. It has easy to use (user friendly) plugins. Cons There are some bugs like you're inability to delete polls and that there's no check box. The biggest draw back is the very limited features availible in the free version.
