Excellent. Business has never been this easy, efficient and productive. Using Tourmatic is one of the best business decisions we've ever made as a company.

Pros

1\. Rich functionality and ease of use. Tourmatic is no doubt the most user-friendly software. It is designed to perform any task a tour operator can think of and each and every step has user guidelines and instructions making it the most user-friendly software in the market. 2. Timely customer support. Tourmatic team is always available to offer customer support either through phone, email or remotely via Teamviewer 3. Data Analytics and Real time reporting - Finflash , Happy Pax functionalities and real time reporting on all aspects means there's no more guess work in business

Cons

Having used other tour operator softwares, it is quite difficult pointing out a single Tourmatic fault. The fact that the company works on improving the software on a continual basis means that any fault or desired features is worked on any a new release with a few months' time.

I have conducted demos and used the software to do mapping for prospective clients with success. The software has great flexibility whereby a solution can achieved for most tour business applications.

Pros

1\. Excellent stability as its foundation is Ms SQL. 2.Suitable for any tour operator as it has loads of functions. 3.From a perspective it is second to none. 4.Look and feel is very pleasant.

Cons

None that I have had whilst being a support person for the product.

Pros

It's an all in one system which makes it for users to learn the system and to access their data. The system is light weight and does not require expensive equipment to implement.

Cons

Importing data during the initial setup can be a bit of a process, but overall it's manageable. Web integration would be nice to allow users to work anywhere.

by using Tourmatic, our business was seen as a more serious and professional one. The efficacy of producing documents and meeting deadlines has vastly improved our turnover.

Pros

It almost does anything i want it to and creates documents in a very professional manner. The technical support is impeccable. whenever i need assistance, they're available to respond or most of the time i receive a direct phone call.

Cons

Windows has some shortcuts built into it that i am very accustomed to using and Tourmatic doesn't have all of them built into it. Simple things like using the enter button.

Once I have everything well set up I will be able to send quote more smoothly and quicker and more professional.

Pros

It covers a lot of options for quoting and making itineraries and it has a fleet management section as well.

Cons

It is a bit complicated and you have to fill out first a lot of data before you can use the program to is max.
