Pros: Supports many phone vendors
Manual Editor for Asterisk Enthusiasts
Automated provisioning
Clean, easy to use end user interface

Cons: Hard to think of any.

Overall: We were looking for a vendor neutral platform that would support several phones in our environment. We were pleased to find iPBX. Their support staff were quick to answer any questions we had and we would recommend them at any time.
