Pros: This software indeed could have been better if the senior management would have understood the service commitment & quality commitment.
Regret Mr. Janardhan himself has failed to act seriously on the customer compliant .
Now the software which we are using is pathetic .

Cons: Its just a bad & dead investment , the orgn does not has highly experience & technical team to handle the troubleshooting, every 6 months the team is changing who again do not have any experience & expertise to understand the technical problem

Greetings!

My sincere apology to bring up this matter on this platform , but honestly Hirecraft team have made me so helpless to bring it here .

It has been almost 12+months been doing continous followup with your team over the service part . Since the purchase of Hirecraft , not a single time Hirecraft has ever come back with the upgrades installation at our end. We pay AMC charges which covers up upgrades which we never get the benefits , its we who do the followup . 3 Major concern which is happening from last 9+ month that is the parsing quality of cv is pathetic, which your team is highly inefficient to tackle it & solve it out . We have been escalating the matter to all your team including you but regret to express there is no serious professional response on this matter.

Does it take 12+ months to solve this issue , either Hirecraft does not has strong technical background person or Hirecraft technical service team is not efficient enough to act upon . We have just been writing , writing & writing . Your team raise the ticket & closes the ticket without completing the task.

Today I will express honest feeling its sheer regret to invest in Hirecraft , big loss of monetary value , as post sales the service is pathetic . There could be double standard in your service approach wherein your team must be taking serious service approach towards corporate big clients but when it comes to SME sectors like us , your people are just passing on the balls from one person to another.

Regret to express that I am impelled to put this matter here, so that atleast you find some time to respond back to my calls & listen to us . It has been high struggling to find a min bare min solution to our technical issues.

Hope to you business is not all about money only its also about the quality service commitment , value to your customer's call , serious approach towards this to solve this.

Is Hirecraft an organisation which has value for commitment ? My experiance with Hirecraft is like highly loss of monetary investment & utmost is breach of trust in our association which has gone beyond repair.

Recommendations to other buyers: Mr.Janardhan, you are indeed a good person but I would appreciate to have an approach of becoming a trustful service provider. Have a responsibility to respond back to the calls which you dont attend or miss upon , so that you could get to know the issues of escalations.

Pros: An amazing product - which we have been using for the last 2 years. Good to see that this product has some of the unique features and has improved our productivity.

Cons: None that I can think of.

Overall: Even if you don't plan to buy this tool just have a look at the demo - you would understand why we are recommend this product!!!
