Pros In order to get a list of licensing and numbers up to date, is not always easy. Thales helps with this process and gives reliable numbers when required. Cons We did struggle to start with to get to grips with the software. This has proven to be the case each time a new user has started to use it. It isn't the easiest to pickup and start using. Pros We use sentinel to input our Loans for clients at the bank. It is easy to input information, once you figure out how sentinel works. Cons It can be confusing to use at times. It is slow sometimes. Sometimes it goes down for some time when you are in the middle of using it.
