Overall, Hitask is a solid platform for tasks and projects management. Since i started using it, it has helped me to organize and manage my working schedule. I recommend it.

Pros

Hitask is a very nice and light tool that allows me to easily manage my projects and tasks. I like how it is easy and fast to create and assign tasks to my team members. Installing hitask is easy and fast. Also, it is convenient with time tracking.

Cons

I lack nothing to dislike about Hitask as it meets all my expectations. It is an excellent tool for time tracking, tasks and projects management.

Overall, Hitask is an exceptional tool for team collaboration. It also allows you to track time spent on every project from anywhere anytime.

Pros

I use Hitask everyday and I like how it enables me to manage my daily activities with ease. It is a brilliant and amazing platform that does not require any training to use. I like the ability to create and assign new tasks to my teams.

Cons

Hitask is a great and reliable solution for project and task management. It has a very intuitive and user-friendly interface which makes it easy to use. It integrates with other great softwares like Google Calendar, Gmail which makes it more effective.

Horrible experience and they will not respond. I quit using the program and they auto-renewed the subscription. I emailed twice, once before the auto-renew asking them not to renew and again after they did it asking for a reversal. No response; no reversal. I let it go and purposely didn't update my expired card on file for this year. They submitted my card number 4x until they got the expiration correct and got the subscription auto-renewed again! Stay away from company. Bad business all the way around.

Pros

The program itself was easy to use, easy to organize and manage.

Cons

Customer service was non-existant. No response at all when tasks disappeared. Can't manage a task that is not there and there is no one responding to get help.

Missing key features for my daily operations. Reporting/exporting data only available in web application, no integrations back when I used it. Custom fields for tasks could be improved

We used the online version for a few months. It was not a good fit for us. A few months later, we were charged an annual fee on our credit card without our permission. We have tried to contact them by every form of communication. They have chosen to ignore our requests for a refund or even respond completely! Horrible!

Overall it's a great solution, very very intuitive.

Pros

Nothing about it is revolutionary in the positive sense. It feels very familiar and intuitive from the get go. It's not like Monday.com where there is a learning curve, though not a steep one.

Cons

Really the biggest issue I had was the collaboration. Not so much an issue with the app just that I couldn't get my team to use it as much as I did.

Free trial period. ATTENTION!!! We firstly benefited from Hitask's free trial option. However, It was not interesting application for our company's profile. Unfortunately, We have been noticed by e-mail about auto-payment. Yes, They had charged subscription amount automatically at the end of the trial period from credit card without notice. This is what we got experienced with Hitask. We have tried to contact with them via live chat and e-mails.. However, We couldn't have seen no sign of honesty so far. They hadn't reply live chats, They didn't reply our e-mails. In addition to this, They de-graded our customer level to basic level after charging subscription automatically without notice. In this case, Sorry to tell this, But, They sound like professional scammers. It is pity that i can not load live chat screenshots. My suggestion is be careful and clever when you decide to try free trial of Hitask. They will charge you without notice at the end of free trial without notice.
