Pros: The software was not as expensive as other alternatives. It readily ran and set up in our networked Windows environment. We made a single purchase and still use it to this day to track files in our stock room. After the initial learning curve, our users are able to reliably use this to check in and check out files.

Cons: The setup of the software was not as user friendly as it could have been. You have to assume certain things to completely set up the software. Documentation could have been better.

Overall: We're able to keep track of files when they move from location to location.
