Custom reports and a custom tool to interface with the system was fantastic. Cons Required annual renewal of the software just to continue using the system is a bit painful for us. It would be better to not have the annual renewal of software license and just have annual maintenance renewal where we could continue to use the software. The software and support have been great. Pros The functionality and how easy it is to use. Learning how to use the software took no time at all. Cons The report section can be a bit confusing at times just due to the amount of options you have. Once a report is saved you are able to avoid having setup issues.
