Pros: this product use like remote access.
we can access to device from any other place and doing work smoothly.
easy to file transfer and receive.

Cons: Easy to installed on client side and user friendly not required high IT skill to Webex application.
and we are able to 360 remote support using with Webex application

Pros: We use this all the time to connect for meetings. we also have training for our company, save time driving to office.

Overall: This a true convenience!

Pros: WebEx meetings are super simple to set up and stay consistently connected once the meeting is started. The call in (voice only) or video chat options provide some versatility to the program as well. In the event something goes wrong, the customer support team is fantastic at getting it resolved ASAP and you can tell the really do care

Cons: Occasionally when a meeting is started one or two people may be unable to see or hear anyone else. (if there are more than 6 people it might be 2 total affected) It doesn't happen often but I've found ending the meeting and restarting it does the trick.
