## What is Lobbytrack?

Pre-register visitors using a phone app, allow visitors to pre-complete registration from home, sign in visitors via self-serving kiosk running on iOS, Android or Windows tablet. Take photo, sign NDA, print badge, integrate with access control system, check watch list and lot more. The customer support team has been incredibly fantastic and promptly answers our questions and concerns. Overall, Lobbytrack has streamlined our operations and made visitor management effortless. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a reliable and modern solution!

Pros

We transitioned to Lobbytrack a year ago for our organization's visitor management system. It made such a difference going from paper to online! The platform is user-friendly, efficient, and has significantly improved the way we track and manage visitors.

Cons

We had minor limitations with some of the visitor questions and how frequent visitors can check-in faster so we've had to be creative with some of the built-in questions. I shared my feedback and they were very receptive. But none-the-less, this system is working really well for us!

Pros

Easy to set up, easy to use. Inexpensive to set up.

Cons

Not not integrate well with other items. Constant issues with printer, label, etc.

Pros

Lobbytrack is easy to set up and implement with great customer support. The guard app helps the security team to monitor vistors and employees on site and the employee app makes it simple for our team to schedule and checkin vistors ahead of arrival, reducing checkin in time and congestion in our reception area. The portal is easy to use, configure and provide a great level of reporting.

Cons

The app switches between visitor and employee mode when being used on a single iPad, which was a little confusing. However, this was easily remmededy by using 2x iPads, which actually works much better for the business.

Overall it's great. It does what we need it to do.

Pros

I really enjoy that Lobbytrack offers us the feature to have our guests sign in virtually. Most importantly

Cons

I dislike that Lobbytrack has a lot of features that we cannot utilize. We do not use the locations or rooms. Also it would be nice if it could integrate with Google.

So far, the setup and implementation has gone well. Visitors are able to sign in with relative ease and in our case sign the NDA without issues.

Pros

Easy setup and management. Deployment to iPad was a breeze.

Cons

Pricey for the advanced features but if you have multiple sites totally worth it. For the iPad, the sign out button could be bigger and more centrally located.

Pros

Lobbytrack has an attractive user interface and is easy for visitors to navigate to sign themselves in and out. Emails are sent to hosts to let them know guests have checked in. It allows you to create custom badges for your site.

Cons

Setup is not as intuitive as it could have been, however a demo with \[sensitive content hidden\] helped quite a bit and we were able to get past the rough areas.
