Could I sing the praises louder of this vendor and staff. Who can say that of a contractor? 10+ years and still happy

Pros

I’ve appreciated my 10+ years of solution oriented interactions and professionalism of Bespoke and staff. Staff have gone above and beyond to support the volunteer program at Florida State Parks. Thanks to quick response and talented staff the system is humming along nicely for potential and current volunteers and for park staff. Frankly, that is amazing. I cannot express enough thanks. When there are issues VSys is right on it. When asked for something VSys has found a solution or at least considered it and provided why not – Thank you development team!

Cons

VSys One, the master database is powerful but complex. I know what I want it to do but not how to get there, nor do I want to be that person. VSys client support staff are talented translators of that complexity from client needs into effective functions.

Pros

Great customer service anytime we have an issue or question. Appreciate the quick follow up from the headquarters, as well!

Cons

hard to get everything we want/need in one package. Staff have mentioned that the program can feel 'clunky' at times.

I myself felt the "build" and transition to Live has been very challenging. Might be good to have facilities that have successfully transitioned or been using it to be able to see some working functions

I worked with VSys for 11 years and was able to do some amazing reports on our 1,800+ volunteers every year. We were able to track concerns, cards/letters, hours and awards.

Pros

I liked the amount of information we captured about our volunteers and that when we ran into reporting problems the staff was very helpful.

Cons

Our company's version was not the newest, so hopefully budgets will one day allow the better access.

Excellent. I am thankful that I have VSys One vs. some of the other systems that other health systems use. Definitely a superior product from my perspective and I would recommend it.

Pros

Easy to use, fantastic support/help desk, reliable (no outages or downtime to speak of), numerous and convenient education opportunities and easy access to VSys management re: larger projects (standardization across systems, etc.).

Cons

Creating new/custom reports is not always intuitive for me, however a quick call to the help desk and they will set it up for you. And, many commonly-used reports are pre-loaded.

The VsysOne team goes above and beyond to meet the needs of their clients. The VSys one software is developed with real volunteer programs and professionals in mind. During a challenging period, \[sensitive content hidden\], and team went above and beyond to correct system concerns. It was clear that they were committed to allocate resources to pull up their sleeves and make our system whole again and while doing so, helped to make our system better.

Pros

VsysOne - system and staff are true experts in the volunteer world. The system is highly customizable and it's features and capabilities conform to each unique volunteer program.

Cons

Due to it's customizable features, it can take time to fully understand the extensive features and which are the best fit for your unique program.

I used Vsys every day for 10 plus years and was very satisfied with the software. Not using it anymore as I am no longer involved in volunteer management. It allows you to track volunteers (we had 2,00 plus volunteers) throughout the volunteer life cycle from volunteer application, to communications, supervision and inactivation. Very comprehensive. Their tech support was great as well. Very satisfied with their team overall.

Pros

I like seeing the individual profiles for each volunteer and the communications aspects and integration with other platforms (e.g. background check companies).

Cons

Our server was remote so sometimes that system was a little slow. It is a great software and just wish the speed was there.
