Generally good. It needs updating to stay competitive, however, my colleagues love it.

Pros

It is a good support software when used with Kronos timekeeping and gives you valuable information around payroll time.

Cons

It is a little dated and clunky, however, it is fair to say it gets the job done well and is highly useful.

Overall for a way to make schedules, it's a pretty good program.

Pros

I like that when you need to ad an employee to a shift or reassign it, it pulls up a list of only the people available and qualified to work that specific position rather than having to scroll through every employee. I also like that it flags if you try to assign someone to shifts that overlap in any way. I also like that you can combine more than one account so you do not have to log in and out to access different rosters.

Cons

I don't like how complicated it can be to find what you're looking for. It's not the most intuitive of software.

No more posting schedules or calling employees about schedule changes! This makes is so much easier and notifies employees of changes. Also, no excuses because employees can check their schedule whenever they want.

Pros

The fact that you can import a schedule. Employee notifications. Ease of use.

Cons

I would like to be able to repeat just one block at a time for several weeks.
