This system may have been great in 2000 until maybe 2005, but using it in 2022 would be a huge disservice to you and your team. Pros I can't think of a single thing I liked about this software. Cons Takes forever to load, antiquated system and style, can't have multiple accounts open or multiple windows, terrible report printing, analytics are costly, customer service is 24-48 hour turnaround time, prescriptions are not sent electronically, scheduling is difficult, requires a physical server, difficult to update patient demographics.
