Cons Exam writer seems complicated and technical. Unable to delete duplicate patients. E-Documents system only creates pathway to documents saved on your server rather than saving them into the EHR. Cons Takes forever to load, antiquated system and style, can't have multiple accounts open or multiple windows, terrible report printing, analytics are costly, customer service is 24-48 hour turnaround time, prescriptions are not sent electronically, scheduling is difficult, requires a physical server, difficult to update patient demographics.
