The thumbnails of the images used to be tiny and hard to view once uploaded and now they are more easy to see. I just wish I could see more images at once without having to scroll down for the purposes of re arranging images by making better use of the screen space. Pros I like the new photo uploading tool and the AI generated backgrounds Cons I don't like how the website page doesn't adjust when I widen or narrow the window on my computer . It would be helpful to be able to shrink the window size down to place 2 windows side by side especially when working on a small lap top screen. You are able to change pricing, add photos and give appraisal. The app is amazing for sales people to use. Pros I like how anything you update through Provision will sync to the CRM you are using and the website. Cons The inconvenient part is that the syncing can take up to 24 hours to display. Pros Provision is one of those tools we don't know what we would do without. They offer great insight, and valuable features to help make our jobs tremendously easier. Cons Being a Cox Automotive product, it comes with some disadvantages just strictly based on its size. There may be some smaller companies out there that are incrementally better/cheaper/better reps, but Cox does a great job overall. It helps me a lot with out Inventory and maarketing, I can do a lot with it and most of what I need day a day. I believe most dealers should have it. Pros After getting to know it for a while, it's pratical and a must for out kind of business. Support is good as well, but sometimes they might take a while. Cons Sometimes it has some bugs that not even they know how to fix properly, some of the even look stupid. We use it to help find the right vehicles at the right price. When we are looking at auctions, we use Vauto to make sure we are buying the right high demand vehicles for the right price. Once we get the vehicles, we use it to merchandise our vehicles to all of the 3rd party sites. Upload pictures, descriptions and options to Vauto and they'll send everything to all of your 3rd party sites quickly and effortlessly. Pros Vauto is a one stop shop for buying, pricing and merchandising your inventory. A ton of powerful features to make sure you buy vehicles at the right price and merchandise them to sell. Cons It's a little pricier than some options, but it makes up for it with functionality.
