We used it mostly for everything: publiching teaching materials, asignments, homeworks, thesis there. Pros It's a platform that gathers all the information in one place. All the disciplines, assignments, homeworrks, and teaching materials are published there. You can also look up people there (teachers or students). We also used it a lot when we had online classes (during Covid). Cons The mobile version is not very adapted, and the interface, and the design could have been better. Otherwise, it surves its purposes as a platform for sharing materials. It could have also been a bit more well-structured and more straightforward. I've found Moodle to be an excellent learning management system. Other LMS platforms do have some extra features that are nice, but they rarely tip the scale on cost-benefit ratio; Moodle is good and free. Pros I like that it's open source, which means I can get it for FREE if I have my own hosting solution. And it's not a cheap, minimal product either - it's a quality learning management system that supports a variety of assignment types with easy grading. It allows a customizable amount of teacher-student interaction; set up a course and let it run without touching it again, or have a hands-on teacher communicating daily. Sufficient support documentation is available that I never needed to contact any kind of customer support. It seamlessly supported my course authored on Rise 360. Cons It took some time to figure out how to set it up on a free hosting platform as an administrator; I had issues with needing more server access than I had for free. (I did find a workaround that's sufficient for the low-usage environment I'm currently supporting.) It was a simple portal to access with your class requirements and assignments all laid out for you. Pros The platform was easy to use and I used it at two different institutions. Pros Everything is labeled exactly as it should be so I would consider this software to have an ease of use, very user friendly, and I like how you can view the grading and assignments in live time as well be able to have student-teacher interaction through the software as well. It's a perfect system to use for online schooling. Cons Having only seen it from the user side, I'm not sure if it is actually hard to work with through the administrative side.
