GroupMinder is a web-based group travel software application that functions as both an in-house and online reservation system. The in-house component manages customer, vendor and reservation data input by agents. The online component allows customers to independently book travel packages from the website. Great program. Would recommend to anyone selling group travel!

Pros

Works great for keeping track of everything we need. Easy to understand and the changes that have been made to it work easily!

Cons

There needs to be an easier way to manage and add photos instead of one at a time.

This is a great reservation tool. Tour/event possibilities are endless when using this product and the customer support is outstanding. Recommendations and suggestions for changes and improvements are always well-received. I would highly recommend this product to anyone interested in an all-in-one reservation product.

I highly recommend this product to any travel agency or company with group bookings. The ability for customers and/or other agents in your office to data enter on the web is so quick and efficient.

Pros

This program allows me to quickly program a group trip for data entry by agents, online booking and management. The features for customer search when entering bookings allows for faster data entry by pulling in information already in database from a past sale. I like the email confirmation, group event emailing and billing features. The group booking reports too. All saving me valuable time and money. The marketing feature is one of my favorite features allowing me to email target market quickly. I no longer use my other group program having found this does what I need. The support staff are always there to respond to a question and assist me. Also invaluable.

Cons

Event building I still find a little challenging but imagine that would improve for me if I added more events

We think it is the best group program in the marketplace by far.

Pros

GroupMinder has been a great asset for company and provides an easy avenue to handling all of the aspects of Groups inlcuding confirmations, revenue, rooming list, manifest, ticket list, etc. We are not sure how we would handle as many groups as we do withut Groupminder.

Cons

We really don't have any cons as the programmers are constantly improving the program.
