"Save your time and money and look elsewhere"

**Overall:** It is very difficult to use and incredibly glitchy. Very much like paying a premium for a test beta version. The concept is great but the actual software can't keep up and the support is non existent.

**Pros:** It has great concepts for reporting. We really like the package we were sold.

**Cons:** Very difficult to use. Understaffed tech support that closes at 4pm central including when the server went down on us. We have to wait 2-5 hours to reach anyone with questions or problems and still don't have our data brought over correctly 2 months in after paying for extra time with the migrations person.
