Overall, 5pm meets my needs for a simple, yet thorough, task management software.

Pros

Simple to use, especially adding tasks with deadlines via email. Percentage tracker makes checking progress fast. Adding notes, links and relevant information is very easy. Mobile app for on-the-go management

Cons

The mobile app for the iPhone has some missing features, although nothing that is a deal breaker for me.

For not very complex project is more than enough, and you are helped with the pleasant UI

Pros

Very straightforward task creation and clean multi message system, I'm using to coordinate with my team for Design oriented task and works very good

Cons

Some logics can be redesign, for example when you open a task is not possible to upload file in the first place, just when the task is open only then you can upload in the file section or as an attachment in the messaging system.

I love being able to keep track of my projects in such an efficient way.

Pros

5pm is a great tool to keep my projects and tasks organized and it helps me know what my team is doing at the same time. The software has a nice interactive interface that facilitates organization.

Cons

Some of the features might seem a little confusing at first, but it gets easier once you have adapted to the way it 5pm works.

I enjoyed this software because I can do everything with this one product. I can keep track of all my projects and make reports. I can't imagine not using this fantastic program.

Pros

This software makes my projects SO much easier to keep track of. Everything is just a click away. I can chat with the team. I can keep track of several projects in one place. It's really helped us be more productive.

Cons

With so many options in this software, you may not use them all. It's a little overwhelming when you first look at the software.

It has been for the most part easy to use. I don't have much experience with any other software.

Pros

I like that I can go on and see my correspondence with the marketing/communications department. I can see where we last left off.

Cons

I would like to be able to only see my files when I log in not everyone's projects. I also find it hard to find certain documents/files as the marketing dept. titles them, not me. I would love to be able to see files grouped by year or month and year.
