The functions are user friendly and easy to manage whether it’s corporate down to shop employees using it. I like how safety, quality, and environmental can all be integrated within one software. Pros I like that I can have one software for safety, quality, and environmental. I like the ease of the functions such as running reports, reporting incidents, creating and conducting audits and inspections, housing training records, and the dashboards. I am excited for the new upcoming AI software that will be integrated within Intelex. Cons There isn’t anything I have come across yet that I don’t like. If I have any questions or are looking for a specific function to add, I reach out to Arcadia and they are very helpful in setting up this function. The configuration of the system has been pretty straightforward and the rollout to the organization has been seamless. Pros What I like most about the software is its configurability and how easy the app works. The system has been easy to configure to our organizational needs Cons One of the challenges that we have is the off-line mode, we can’t seem to get it to work properly. We currently have projects in rural Maine and we are unable to use the off-line function.
