Pros Centralized data, familiarity between modules, one stop for multiple functions. Once you learn the inputs it’s quite easy. The app makes things much easier! Cons Difficult for people to learn the desktop version. Data/reporting seems a little complex, however our reps have been very good at helping us out. The system has been easy to configure to our organizational needs Cons One of the challenges that we have is the off-line mode, we can’t seem to get it to work properly. We currently have projects in rural Maine and we are unable to use the off-line function. October 12, 2026 5.0 I have had an overall great experience with Intelex. The functions are user friendly and easy to manage whether it’s corporate down to shop employees using it. I like how safety, quality, and environmental can all be integrated within one software. Pros I like that I can have one software for safety, quality, and environmental. I like the ease of the functions such as running reports, reporting incidents, creating and conducting audits and inspections, housing training records, and the dashboards. I am excited for the new upcoming AI software that will be integrated within Intelex. Cons There isn’t anything I have come across yet that I don’t like. If I have any questions or are looking for a specific function to add, I reach out to Arcadia and they are very helpful in setting up this function. Most operational data sysems do not have good relation management or emission calculations. Pros The organization of facilities, equipment, and operational data hierarchy is very useful for setting up emissions calculations. I also appreciate the flexibility of scripts to move data as needed and the highly flexible reports. Cons It is difficult to use ACTS as a primary asset management system, in part due to a high minimum skill requirement for new users to enter site data, so its use of s usually limited to office users. Field users generally don’t want to interact with ACTS directly, so they usually only want to use TrueContext forms. Review Source JB Joseph B.
