The developer is constantly updating the platform bringing new feature every time. Cons In my opinion, the least favorable aspect of the platform is the process of editing reports to tailor them to our company's needs. Editing a report should be made easier for the end user. Names that I search is not always pulling even through it is in part of the naming. Still need to learn how to set my fields for reporting without having to re due it every time. Without it, we would still be stuck in spreadsheets. Pros It's very customizable. You can have unlimited fields to match your needs. The ability to maintain and audit inventory (Multi-quantity assets being the biggest need we had) has been tremendous. Cons The search function is limited. There is also no way to make custom fields mandatorily unique. This is something we would have liked to help avoid duplication of inventory.
