These are 'named concurrent users'. So, this will not allow any 2 users to be logged in with same login ID. It was very useful to work on the tool. The ElegantJ BI tool for Tally was a perfect solution that works with Tally like a charm giving a Dashboard view in each functional area. Pros We feel Smarten is very strong in data management/processing and data visualization. We could use it for a creation and statistical analysis. Cons For us it required some effort in developing skills to build data models and reports. A reduced learning curve will be good to have for smaller organization like us. It was not posing any demand for higher hardware and software program skills. All the team members are able to adopt, use and enjoy the result. Pros Data prep. Earlier it was a nightmare. Cleaning and combining ate our energy. Making that usable and acceptable was yet another tough task. Now that is a cake walk. The dataset constructed from multiple sources meeting the required standard. The Assisted Predictive model helps me to identify the critical factors and getting results in simple language. Cons Context filters. This can be improved. Removing irrelevant data and contextualize with meta data poses critical issues for our data. We use data from various forms.
