Although the bones of the product are good, it is unpredictable when it updates. Trying to get support to help you is also very difficult Pros Meets my needs for basic clients extremely well. The more involved the client, the harder time we have with the software. Cons This is a deadline business but their customer service is not always timely . Their reports are not always accurate.
