Used the software for: ### "PR 2014-2015" April 19, 2016 2.0 We used ReviewSnap for 1 year. It was a good platform but the UX was a little outdated. Getting a hold of customer service was quite tricky sometimes. We have recently moved to another review platform that the user interface is much easier. Many times, managers leave reviews incomplete simply because the status of an incomplete review is not in front of their face. I would also recommend more customization options. The processes of handing off reviews from employee to supervisor and obtaining signatures, etc. is not intuitive and has led to some confusion for many of the staff. Cons We encountered glitches a couple of times and had to call the customer service. And the customer service has been great! Response to resolve issues was quick and thorough. The product does what we need it to do. There is more offered that I have not explored, yet. Cons The training manual is hard to follow and not very user friendly or descriptive of steps to follow. Creating reports is not easy to do, so I imagine I will need to ask for assistance.
