This software is a dead end and we are working as fast as possible to find a better & COMPLETE solution. Pros The estimating feature of this software is it's only strong point. Time & materials, products, labor stations, etc. However, it falls on its face when you try to schedule resources or parts. there are no routing stations you can assign to work process, making it useless Cons We cannot customize PO's, Accounting fields, there is Zero project management functionality... No matter how much money I've offered Cyrious for customized development and advancing the product, they refuse to make fundamental changes that would benefit everyday use. It's pretty simple to set up pricing templates and products in the system. Cons It can be so slow and bogged down at times. It is cloud-based so if their server is acting slow, you are at their mercy! Cons Their software is just not working properly. Formulas to calculate are wrong and export on Quickbook don't match. Of course you have to pay extra to fix their issue. Cyrious will run any report for anything you ever dreamed of needing - narrowing it down to specific weeks, days or hours. Cons If you have a full time IT person that can dedicate a few months to the initial setup you will probably love Cyrious. If you are a small shop just wanting to track jobs you are in for a tough time. Not saying it can't be done - just be aware that it isn't a 'plug and play' setup. Tech support is more than willing to stay with you and be very supportive for the amount of time that you have paid for to complete the initial setup, but if you don't have the time to put in also they can't do it for you.
