Overall: Waterstreet has been a great partner for us. They customized the software to fit our unique needs and have always provided us with prompt and quality support.
Pros: The Waterstreet franchise management platform allows us to manage every aspect of our business. We host thousands of birthday parties every year and use the Waterstreet software to manage our calendar, client lists, take payments, do accounting for all locations, etc. We could not manage our business without this tool.
Cons: I only wish we knew about it when we started our business.

The available reporting allows us to quickly analyze key metrics critical to the health of our franchise system. Waterstreet delivers our customized cloud based reporting system at a very reasonable monthly cost.
Pros: The custom Event based software easily captures critical reporting metrics from top line Sales to bottom line Profits. Event and other financial data are just a click away with on-screen and downloadable reports stored in a secure database.
Cons: Customization is sometimes required, however, the software is flexible enough to be tailored to our needs.
