Its very slow and now the whole experience is bad, The support is not good either. They keep giving false promises , its will speed up The problems occurs when you are searching Diagnostic codes, Signing the chart, very poor spell check, prescription writing is a nightmare. Junk H. I have since moved over to a female which is much better supported, they do take a percentage of collections but compared to the nightmare of using amazing charts which almost take my practice I cannot say enough negative things about it. I cannot say the people but did try to help be transition, the IT department for courteous but I would never which this experience on anyone could shut down your practice **Pros:** I had a previous physicians practice records that was really the only reason since is a very basic system. **Cons:** The cloud-based system is really complete joke, placed on a very anxious database and essentially useless forcing me to change.
