Comments: Overall, LOVE Brightree as a partner with our home health agency. It's truly a partnership and our account manager exceeds expectations with responsiveness to needs and professional support.

Pros: Reports, ease of use for staff Brightree support much improved over the years and genuinely interested in meeting your needs.

Cons: Scheduling component for staff on iPad and AFO. Limitations . Slight clinical documentation limitations to meet optimal compliance areas

The system is not user friendly and it is a lot of tedious steps to take for the monthly billing process.

Comments: I think I have covered the just in the above. Thanks for listening.

Pros: I like the variety reports the system offers. I also feel that this is a good system for an agency that has a census of 60 plus.

Cons: I do not like the turn around time of when I have to contact support. I also do not like the fact, the system updates in a 25 hour window with the understanding I can process admission for a speedy update, however, due to the fact you have to do that function one at a time is very time consuming.

Pros: I like the system because it is easy to understand and learn. The system provides a way for documentation to be quick, easy, and thorough.

Cons: My only complaint is that sometimes it will not connect to the server even though I'm connected to a wifi network.

Pros: Very detail oriented making it easier for documentation to be compliant for claim approval and compliance.

Cons: Extra steps for processing data makes it more time consuming, therefore less productive. However, it's quality vs quantity.

Brightree has simplified charting in the home of our patients.

Pros: I like how the charts flow from one to the other. It makes everything easier and you are able to cover more information on your patient without guesswork.

Cons: It takes a while to sync at times. It can get be frustrating waiting on visits to load. I believe spirituality shouldn't be applied in the social work field.

Comments: Just a great platform for home health and very user friendly.

Pros: I just love Brightree. As a user in our Home Health office, I find that the AFO side is so easy to use and when I call support I get exceptional assistance. The team at Brightree is always helpful and if they don't have solution right away, they take the time to get an answer and always follow up.

Cons: When updates are made to the AFO and I didn't see the front page updates, I wish it would make you take a tutorial to show you the updates before you can move forward. Sometimes I miss the front page updates and am surprised by new updated pages. BUT usually I get the hang of an update pretty quickly.

Pros: The best part about Brightree is all of the reports that it has to offer. These are very useful when it comes to doing quality analysis for the company.

Cons: What I like least about Brightree is the amount of tabs and buttons you have to press or navigate through to perform certain tasks.

Comments: Overall, probably the best EMR I've used so far. Also, I've had good experience when reaching out to customer support.

Pros: the fact that it will not allow you to submit documentation that's missing mandatory information. Easy flow when navigating through the note while documenting. For the most part, customer support response is very good and helpful

Cons: For iPad users - Inability to delete or error information entered by mistake (orders, medications, dx...)

Pros: Brightree develops & updates the software to help keep our clinicians compliant with regulatory requirements and guidelines. This is a huge plus.

Cons: Although it's necessary due to the constant changes in healthcare, it is at times difficult keeping up with so many updates to the system.

Brightree software is easy to learn and navigate.

Comments: I personally love the Brightree program. I also believe the support team does a great job when I have opened tickets. Fast and accurate!

Pros: I am a biller and scheduler, which makes both jobs easier to understand in the program. Scheduling with Brightree ensures frequency's are entered correctly and in turn makes checking visits at billing time go smoothly. There is no fear that regulations are met with this program. The task hot list notifies us of any upcoming regulated tasks needing attention. It is not hard to find any info in this system. everything is where is should be.

Cons: Internet access in the field is needed to use the communicate feature. Sometimes updates are too drastic

Using this program is so much better than what we were using

Pros: This is a easy product to use. It breaks down the systems step by step. It was easy to learn and I chart faster using this program

Cons: In the medication profile if you messed up on the doses you have to discontinue the whole thing and redo the whole order again

Comments: I appreciate the excellent service we get when calling in for assistance, thank you.

Pros: The ability to see visits and coordinate services so much more quickly than when they were on paper. Not having to wait for papers to be turned in to process payroll and billing. My not having to enter those visits manually. Less paperwork for patient files and employee files due to being online. A quicker turn around for claims. Less hands handling information insuring accuracy.

Cons: As an office staff I work mostly on a desktop so what I see and what the field see sometimes is in a different format therefore causes a communication stall. That is the only thing I can think of that is a challenge.

Brightree software is innovated, efficient and keeps us in compliance.

Comments: Overall, BT is very good software for our agency and encompasses home care and hospice. We had a zero deficiency survey for home care and hospice so compliance is the best aspect.

Pros: BT keeps our agency in compliance as new regulations are introduced they integrate them into the software. We have a particular account manager who goes over and beyond to explain options available in the system, follow up on any problems and supports us through the changes. The Ipads for field staff are fast and efficient, do not get virus, and our clinicians are extremely pleased.

Cons: Not understanding the system or using it to its fullest is a problem for our agency. We need better webinars and education material to be able to maneuver through the software as it is very complex. It is not exactly "user friendly".

Billing is fast and efficient.

Pros: As the billing coordinator I can say that almost all of my monthly billing is completed and billed on the 1st day of the month. There are so many checks and balances that the software does on its own, it really helps you to stay complaint and ensure you meet regulations.

Cons: Biggest con for me is no discontinue effective date in the authorization screen and this is minimal.

Comments: Still need to have some form of an alert for nurses to see when an order is placed by the physician. In our agaency the MD/NP have to still use paper. We have too many papers and forms still when we were supposed to go all EMR.

Pros: It is a plus to be able to use a mobile IPad. Being able to amend documentation is nice. We still learn everyday about this system. Maybe in a year we will get used to it.

Cons: Too many steps in almost all aspects of the system. In some areas it would be much more efficient if previous entered documentation would re-populate automatically.

Brightree software helps with documentation for patient specific issues.

Comments: My son works as a software engineer and I have asked him about the above issues- he explained it to me why things are different - but if the engineers would know what we prefer as users that maybe a simple fix.

Pros: Documentation is quick and easy to use. Really like the way it flows as in head to toe assessments. Pain is always required to be assessed.

Cons: Consistency with how the software looks from AFO and C-POC- would be nice if it was more consistent with how it looks. Also- The calendar for documentation please use calendar views - not scroll calendars and to be consistent- it is nice to see the days of the week. ie for what day nurse will be coming again.

Pros: The ease to enter patients is one of the best features for this software. I secondly like how it is linked to the insurances and I can check eligibility via Brightree.

Cons: Duplicate Patients!!!! There are so many duplicate patients and you can not delete them once you put in a note. There should be a way to merge these patients.

Pros: It is tremendously amazing quick easy access to everything from start to finish would highly recommend it to other agencies always courteous and polite when calling about a question and quick response

Comments: Very excited at what potential Brighttree may offer our agency.

Pros: Very user friendly interface with the Apple iPads. It appeared to have good work flow from clinical to office seamlessly. The billing features seem robust and user friendly as well.

Cons: Some improvements could be focused on using the GPS more effectively with patient care and EVV. Would like to see what systems the have interoperability with. I know this is a focus but what systems are they focusing on may impact our decision.

Pros: Customer support is always so helpful when you have any questions, Coming on new it's nice to know that you have support and no question is a stupid question.

Pros: Always updating for more ease of use and is on the ball with regulatory changes. In the last year there have been vast improvements in the software and our team can not wait to see what is coming next! This software has made our job much easier and we are glad to be as paperless as possible. Jain has been wonderful as an account manager. She definitely has our company's best interest at heart and gets the answer to any question that we may have. Support for clinical has been great and improved significantly in the last few months. Billing software support has improved as well and is more manageable for our small company.

Cons: I would like to see the fully functional interface with pharmacy soon, the ability to fax from the software, and the ability to look up providers from the CMS site and have their info flow over to reduce time in hand keying entries.

Pros: Easy to use on iPad, guides your eval process and covers a wide range of topics, incorporates standardized assessments

Comments: I really like this better than our old system

Pros: Easy as 123. Clicking the tabs are easier than typing whole report. I do wish it was a little faster but I can cope.

Cons: Having all the extra patients still on ipad. But no big deal. I like having newer and up to date ways to make my job easier

Comments: Providing seminars and in-service for customers, lunch and learn, and presentations can help customers to have better understanding of the system. Thank you

Pros: User friendly, detailed, easy to navigate. Also, access to i-pad and mobile devices help with the field nurses

Cons: There are some area still needs to be improved such as reports and dashboards. Some updates, such as visit notes and other documentation which effected by due date needs to be released sooner to give users time for training and adjustment

Comments: The system seems to have great features once they are learned.

Pros: Clinical staff have great versatility with the iPad. They system seems to be very up to day with technology.

Cons: Implementation has been a real challenge for our agency. There should be someone on site for the week of go live. This will help triage issues that may happen due to set up not being correct. When something is new and it does not do what you anticipate, it would be great to have someone know the system and be able to triage the issue on agency site. Also, our agency had 2 different Billing representatives during set up and implementation and for the last month of implementation, we had no dedicated billing contact. This was very frustrating.

Comments: Needs more updates someone needs to develop the inpatient unit section and make it more user friendly. In some areas of our agency it has made the work double or triple and more time consuming. When time management is an important part of your job, this added work does not help.

Pros: The Ipad is easy to use, light weight and we are able to carry these to our patients rooms. Not all tasks can be done at the bedside but doing an inpatient entry works well. having the communication piece is nice to be able to send important messages to other disciplines and our billing departments.

Cons: Needs to be tailored to the buyers needs. The inpatient section I did not feel was developed well at all. Most of what we have learned has been trial and error. It is a bit disheartening when you call for help on a matter and nobody seems to know what to do, what happened, etc. The inpatient initial assessment is too long. The section about the insurance and income which the liaisons review and have the pt/HCPOA sign falls on the admitting RN. These are areas that the admitting RN did not do, which in school we were taught, don't sign it if you didn't do it. But this is what we are having to do. and if we put down the exact time we started and ended the initial assessment, along with all the other pieces of the admission it would most likely be 4-5 hours. This is with symptom managing 5 other patients and the new one, answering phones, call lights, talking to family and any other issues that come up. Please, if you do read this, make this area easier, quicker- pull pieces together or something.

Comments: Our inpatient admission process with Brightree takes a lot longer now! Very difficult to do a 3 hr admission process when we are managing a multiple of other patients' symptoms. Additionally, much of the available "choices" in care plans and interventions are not even applicable to inpatient care. Need different care plans that focus on RN interventions for inpatients instead of teaching to "caregivers" how to provide interventions.

Pros: The Electronic medication administration is better than using paper MAR. Like the care plans set up for our nursing assistants in the 24 hour inpatient facility.

Cons: It is not set up for 24 hour care at Hospice facility. It is only set up for home care . Have to sync way too many times!

Comments: Makes point of care documentation easier.

Pros: Saves time. Point of care documentation easier. iPads are very user friendly for field staff to use with software.

Comments: We are perfectionist and appreciate collaboration to improve the product.

Pros: Point of care documentation at the bedside is great. The electronic medication administration record makes documenting easy.

Cons: Multiple syncs through the day. I wish there was a follow up for as needed medication on the medication administration record

Pros: Being mobile and able to do point of care documentation in the patients homes. It is awesome to end my day and my documentation is completed and not following me home!

Cons: The initial training was not a pleasant experience, we had to figure out things on our on with little guirdance.

Comments: A RN friend in NY told me she loved the system once she got used to it. She was correct.

Pros: Easy to use. Makes our charting easier and takes less time. Easy to carry with you and HIPPA safe. All information is a tap away. Easy to charge and easy to clean screen.

Cons: Not a brightree issue but when pts. Pass and we take them out of our system, they stay until the chatts ate closed. At least that is how I undetstand it.

Our experience with Brightree has been one with great opportunity for growth within our agency and changed the way we work.

Pros: Having the ability to document with or without wifi connection has increased productivity. Our field clinicians have experienced increase productivity and compliance with documentation requirements. Electronic MAR

Cons: The inability to document 100% with your ipad or laptop. the two devices have different functions. Also, once a referral is generated, you are unable to go back to it and make significant changes.

Pros: This product is so easy to use! When I first started hospice, I was worried about the change in documentation and if I could remember everything I needed to document on. Brightree makes it so easy to document and use.

Cons: Having to sync every time I make a change to my schedule is somewhat annoying. I wish we could schedule our patients without this extra step.

Pros: This hospice EMR is easy to use and the reporting section is outstanding. DOC Tracking is a great tool.

Cons: I was not pleased with the initial setup and training processes. I would like to see the ability to enter a referral via the iPad and not AFO only. I would also like to see specific state requirements integrated into Brightree. I would also like to see sync times lower and the AFO side a little faster.

Comments: I really have enjoyed using Brightree EMR for my physical therapy documentation. I find it fast and efficient, and it allows me to better interact with my patients while documenting at the same time.

Pros: I find documenting with Brightree very simple and efficient due to the ease of use and intuitive design. This allows clinicians to place even focus on the the patient thereby improving overall patient outcomes. I also appreciate the ability to review my documentation before submitting it to medical records.

Cons: There are a few modifications I would really enjoy to this already excellent product. It would be very helpful to allow clinicians the ability to schedule their visit times on the dates of they plan on seeing their patients. This would be extremely useful as many of my elderly patients have busy schedules and are usually being seen by multiple disciplines. Allowing clinicians to better coordinate and make efficient their daily schedules, all while better informing out patients.

Comments: Having reports for productivity, business volumes, and adverse events at my finger tips, has been a true blessing for the managers in our rural agencies.

Pros: The ability to have our patient records accessible while in the home, has improved our coordination of care, including medication reconciliation to superb levels. The ease of program prompts helps guide even the new staff to function at a much higher level of accuracy for OASIS interpretation and adequate documentation.

Cons: While the internet is still required to review clinical documents, the clinicians are happy to be able to complete their patient notes, no matter their location.

Comments: This is the best home health software i have worked with!

Pros: Saves in the cloud no hitting save, or more importantly FORGETTING to hit save and losing your work! Great point and click options but always has an "other" spot available for a narrative if the options do not apply.

Cons: App shuts down suddenly (but re-logon to saved information), if you have more than 50 current patients you have to unpin some to look at new information

Comments: I like the level of detail that is available in Brightree regarding Sales and Accounts Receivable. Compared to our old system, the difference is like night and day. I now know exactly what's outstanding, what has not been billed and the aging of all receivables. Of course there is a learning curve when moving to a new system but all in all, Brightree is giving our company the level of detail needed to make sound financial decisions.

Comments: I was really hopeful that this system was everything we were told it was. We have had issue after issue, right from the start of training. Constant changes in the training database during our primary training weeks made it difficult to learn the system. The constant comments of "it won't look like this when you go live" and the non-stop apologies from the trainer put both her and us in an uneasy position. I had scheduled 5 weeks of training with the staff after the "power user" training and was told we would not need that time. We needed all of that and more. Office staff never really had any training, as our hours were used with constant changes to the field environment.

Pros: Love the iPad format. User friendly, light weight.

Cons: Training was poor. The programmers need to have their own database to play in. The training environment and the live environment do not look alike.

Comments: Our Account Manager has been great! He's always quick to respond to any questions or to follow up on open ticket items.

Pros: Brightee provides an application for charting visit notes on the iPad, which allows for ease of charting in patients' homes. There are cost savings due to staff no longer using laptops that have to be maintained or serviced, and overall the system is fairly easy to learn and navigate.

Cons: There are occasional glitches in the software that causes the application to have to be deleted then re-installed, but this is not very frequent. The ability to access Brightree's AFO side in Safari is not yet fully functioning but we know eventually it will be. There can sometimes be difficulty with technical support staff understanding issues that you may be experiencing, but they will continue efforts to problem-solve until the issue is resolved.

Comments: Overall this software feels like a new product that still has a LOT of kinks and bugs to work out and does not instill confidence in the user.

Pros: Very user friendly for clinicians and covers most of the basics of home health in office. The basic ideas are all here but each area needs fine tuned to work more efficiently for individual companies. Attractive interface for both AFO and iPads that is very easy to teach to even the most technologically challenged clinicians.

Cons: Not easily customizable and very poor customer service response. We have many needs to be efficient in our daily behind the scenes functionality that the software does not support, simply because it wasn't thought out thoroughly. All HH agencies have the same guideline to follow for compliance so these issues would have been worked out long before now. Initial training and software implementation process were disastrous. "Super users" were barely educated enough to be functional but were expected to train and then to be technical support for the rest of the staff. I have been involved in many software changes in my career and this one was one of the worst as far as preparation. The office staff we were not shown how this software would integrate into our daily jobs. We were just shown how to be barely functional with no way to gain the knowledge after implementation.

Comments: Brightree was easy to learn, however, I find the AFO side of the software not as user friendly as the previous program we used. It takes longer than it should to do many of the medical records tasks. It often seems too slow and bulky to use very efficiently. However, the clinical side of Brightree on the I-Pad is much easier and user friendly to learn and use.

Pros: I like how easy it is to scan documents into the Clinical Documents. They are ready to view right away.

Cons: It is slow it requires go to a lot of different screens to get the information you need. When you need to do that for multiple patients daily, it is not very efficient or fast.

Comments: Brightree's program is pretty easy to use. My biggest complaint would be it's speed, especially since the update. Sometimes it takes up to 15 seconds or more to move between screens/tabs.

Pros: The iPad version is awesome and feels like I am using a 2017 version instead of the computer version that seemed to be from 1980.

Comments: Overall a great product. Brightree remains committed to compliance and staying on top of regulatory changes. Customer service is excellent. All team members are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help resolve any issues that may arise. The organization is open to new ideas/product enhancement which is wonderful!

Pros: Easy to learn. The ipad allows for a much better flow compared to the laptop. The ipad encourages bedside documentation which has helped with productivity and staff satisfaction.

Cons: Occasional glitches of the Brightree ipad system when there is an iOS upgrade which is frustrating. Brightree is usually quick at resolving any glitches.

Comments: Overall what really impressed me with Brightree is it's commitment to COMPLIANCE, especially with the clinicians documentation against the patient's Plan of Care. Brightree forces the clinicians to address the patient's goals and interventions.

Comments: I like this program a lot better than the program we had a few years ago. It is easy to have medical records scanned into a patient record and retrieve them later. Printed the physician orders off and logging them back into the system is really easy to do.

Pros: I like the way you can print each doctors orders of individually and not have to print all of them together.

Cons: I don't like the way you have to choose the cert dates to make sure you are putting the face to face in the correct one.

Pros: I feel the documentation piece is the best point of care software i have worked with. It gives me great options for clicking, but if i need to elaborate there is always a notes option to allow for a nice narrative. Also I LOVE that i do not have to save all the time!

Cons: At times the software will shut down in the middle of the visit, but i have not lost any information when this has happened!

Pros: Support is excellent, always available and follows up wonderfully. Implementation Clinical Trainer was excellent and very knowledgeable.

Cons: The reports are too extensive, hard to find what you are looking for. Should be grouped in more detail and the top reports should be flagged somehow. The AFO side needs to be updated. It is old and outdated as compared to Brightree I-pad software. Some of the reports dont' populate correctly, are very hard to read and print. It should have more tracking ability to graph or report on FAST, PPS, etc. as this is measurable data to track and report as part of eligibility requirements for recertification of the hospice benefit. As it is now, we have to open go to pt's calendar, click on RN notes, view PDF, scroll down through many pages to find the information. BT has just initiated the tracking of the MAC which is good but only a small part of the decline that we need to track. The required HHA supervisory assessment is not marked as required in BT. It is only of the only part of the SN assessment that is a Medicare REQUIREMENT every 15 days. It is often overlooked by the SN as it isn't required to complete under Brightree. Also the time card view from the AFO is very difficult for employees to monitor their time as the visit note only shows the time in on the calendar view. Each employee has to open up the visit note PDF to see the time out so they can correctly enter start time of the next thing in their day, like non-visit timesheet entry. Ongoing orientation in BT, education, is difficult but I was told you will be updating BT University to make it easier to use for new staff orientation and possibly organized per discipline.

Pros: The ease of software for the home health aide, it is easy to navagate and user friendly. The customer service representatives go above and beyond to help with your questions.

Pros: Brightree is very easy to use, adding a referral is only a few steps and I love how I can scan in many pages and label what's in the folder. its a great system to use.

Cons: I cant think of anything at this time, sometimes I have a claim error that I cant fix I call support and they help a lot

Comments: Brightree customer services representatives are very helpful in explaining the product and how to operate the system more effectively. They are always very pleasant and friendly. If issue is beyond their capabilities they always escalate the issue to a higher tier.

Pros: Simplicity of the software. Very basic step.

Cons: Careanyware messages, unable to be saved and can only have 50 at a time. More info should be listed at the top. example: Patient name, MR#, Cert period, address, contact and MD would be very helpful. Moves a little slow some days.

Comments: Need better technical/clinical support.

Pros: Documentation for CPOC is excellent because there are many options for assessment and teaching to address.

Cons: AFO is terrible for scheduling. There are too many screens to go through to schedule frequencies. There are too many steps for most tasks.

Comments: My experience is satisfactory. I have called in twice in the last month for the same issue and no one has called back to resolve it.

Pros: Easy to use and navigate.

Cons: Customer service and response on fixing issues should be quicker.

Pros: I work in the HR dept. . It is my job to enter employees and their credentials into Brightree. I have to make sure all credentials are up to date. I am able to print a credentials report at any time to make sure all is up to date. I find this very helpful.

Cons: I have had several issues with new updates. Usually they are worked out within a few days. No major issues.

Comments: Ive used a number of different computerized charting systems over the years, Brightree has exceeded my expectations over the past several years. The presentation of the software gives easy access to the information I need for pt care, the ability to plan and rearrange my schedule on the go, and the format I need to move through my assessment easily and effectively. My communications with Brightree IT staff have also been exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this product.

Comments: In comparison to several other charting systems that I have been trained on, Brightree has been very simple to learn and use on a daily basis which makes charting quick and easy. There have been a few bugs with different updates but overall I am very pleased with being able to use brightree.

Comments: When I first started using this program 5 years ago I was intimidated. I couldn't figure out the flow of it but over time and many trials and error I was able to figure it out. As years passed there have been great changes such as videos that provide step by step information for clinicians to learn and navigate easily and the use of IPAD's.

Pros: Easy to navigate once you get the hang of it.

Cons: On the assessment printout or review tab I wish that we could see all of the options that are available instead of being routed to it if we choose a certain answer. One other thing we don't know what all the options are in the assessment for RN

Comments: As an administrator of a home health agency, I can say we are extremely pleased with Brightree Software. When your nurses and billing departments are happy, your office is happy. That has been our experience since using this software. It is very user friendly and there are many reports I use daily to monitor overall administrative activities of our company. Support has been great and all staff at Brightree are truly interested in making sure everything is working properly. We can honestly say we are satisfied customers.

Comments: I have been billing with Brightree for about 3 years now and I can say that it has been the easiest program to use. Prior to Brightree we have used several different programs that did not provide everything that we needed and were very aggravating to use. Brightree provides a lot of reports that help in making sure all my billing has been completed and reports that provide information for State Reports. If I ever run into something I can't figure out I can send an email to Brightree Support and get an immediate response. Brightrees support group has been very nice and eager to help. I would definitely recommend to any agency that is considering trying Brightree to do so. I am also the Records Manager. Brightree has made it so simple to keep up with orders being sent and received.

Pros: The best feature is the fact that the system tells me when Raps and Finals are ready to be submitted and if there is any problems such as no authorization, Oasis has not been completed, or no first billable visit has been completed yet. The system also tells me when orders have been sent and if they are not back received.

Cons: I really don't know of any Cons.

Comments: As a hospice social worker, I have found the format of Brightree easy to use and navigate. It is wonderful that you are able to access a patient's chart while completing a clinical document. The screens flow in a logically manner through the assessment, and are clearly marked to ensure that all mandatory questions are answered. The scheduling features makes it easier to manage my day and also help to assure that I have completed documentation for all visits. I would recommend this program to other hospice agencies.

Pros: The ability to swipe through the screens to access all of a patient's chart as well as the ability to look at other documents in the chart while completing a note.

Cons: My only real complaint with the Brightree software is the frequency in which it needs to be synced especially when trying to schedule and create new goals for the care plan.

My overall experience has been positive.

Pros: The software is relatively easily navigable. I do like the ability to switch between screens and patients through the home page. I feel it is a very what you see is what you get type of program. Customer service is very understanding when you reach out to them with problems.

Cons: As a provider of hospice services, the software seems more home health based. This creates some unique problems to the hospice world. Some features of the program are not really great for hospice providers. The other issues are the glitches that seem to crop up from time to time that can really have an affect on operations of a hospice provider.

Comments: Our hospice agency started using Brightree Hospice software in November 2014. I like how the software takes an interdisciplinary approach to care that hospices require. It also drastically reduces the amount of time spent preparing for our IDT meeting. The interdisciplinary care plan is clean and easy for the clinicians to add or make changes. I also like the scheduling component as it does not allow a visit to be made without an order. This helps keep our agency in compliance.

Pros: I like how we have been able to get rid of our paper charts and now everything is in one location - in Brightree.

Comments: Able to complete oasis charting in a proficient way. The program very user friendly.

Pros: The program that is set up for the home health assessment charting is dependable, accurate, and easily understood.

Cons: Some of the challenges are that charting is not able to flow over and be seen. Also, when writing a communication once the communication read it is unable to be seen again.
