Pros

Our rep was always very helpful . I appreciate his fast and thorough response when we needed help.

Cons

Customer service was very unhelpful every time we called. They never seemed to know anything about the I pad software or program. Still has a lot of syncing issues and glitches.

It is user friendly. I have worked and work with it in different domains. I could work with that, easily and fast. I like it!

Cons

Some reports are not functional enough. I need some information about statistics which are in reports, but I could not get it!

It was not the easiest to learn how to use. I had to work with some materials at home and spend extra time to have to teach myself.

Easy to use and especially to carry the iPod. User friendly. Able to access even if Internet is down.

Cons

Sometimes takes some time to sync. They can improve their training, and helping with the system transition.

Overall, I think BT is a good product. There have been some issues, but BT has been really responsive to hearing what those issues are and working to rectify them. As I work mainly with HIS and BT, the HIS Report is of primary importance to me.

Pros

The responsiveness of the help desk staff and the willingness of the people at BT to hear about issues as they arise and work to rectify them.

Cons

The inconsistency of the HIS Report (I know this is currently being worked on).
