AeroChef exceeded our expectations with the ease of use, web based delivery and a wonderful team to support its implementation which made it fun and a huge learning experience. Our business process was streamlined, we took all the core modules and our company could re-visit our menu costing, address pricing changes quite rapidly. The Ordering and Invoicing module is by far the best thing that happened to us. The system has excellent management report capability enabling both macro and micro level information. I fully recommend AeroChef solution to any organization in the inflight catering industry. Pros 1\. Web based availability 2. Ease of use and train new resources on 3. Excellent Support 4. Invest return on investment 5. Felt like we moved up the ladder as a company for our IT systems 6. Great value for the investment made, though initially we had apprehensions, the system met its promises and beyond. Cons 1\. System is specifically designed for Inflight Catering, so may not suit other industry verticals well enough.
