Pros: The customer support is available live in the vendors website and this increases the absorption of the software and help resolve any queries faster at anytime.

Keeps all the employees records in a database safe from tampering with or unauthorized access. When employee records are stored in hard-copy format and files in large folders and files in a physical format, everyone can access them and its not right. But when stored in a database there are secured using a password and therefore remain confidential and secure

Cons: The software being cloud-based is affected by poor internet connections and using it at such a period becomes a bit of a problem.

Overall: With the software, employee benefits are processed and paid on time. The management, processing and submitting of payroll is done on time and employees receive their remuneration on time and therefore remain motivated all the time. It also captures time & attendance and gives leave days and other benefits accurately and captures that automatically on the payroll
