It may not be best for small businesses or organizations with limited budget or IT expertise. Pros Access control allows us o set up granular access controls and permissions for users, which helps us reduce the risk of unauthorized access to sensitive data. It helps us in meeting compliance requirements related to user access and data security, such as those set forth by regulatory bodies and industry standards. It is making it easier for our IT team to add and remove users, change permissions, and track access activity. Cons The potential drawback of access control is that is can be resource intensive, both in terms of hardware and staff time. The software requires significant amount of data storage and processing power, which can be costly for small businesses. I can create and export virtual institutions easily. It is also easy to integrate with other SAP products Cons Getting SAP correctly configured is a bit complicated and long process I spent quite a bit of time going thorough this software chatting to customer support to assist where I had questions.
