## What is Avenista?

We are a dedicated, hardworking business and we have been producing table reservation systems for over 15 years. Unsurprisingly, this seems to chime with our customers who are also typically hardworking, dedicated businesses. They like the friendly, helpful assistance we give them, and our uncomplicated view of the world. Our salespeople speak when spoken to, and then just listen. If this all sounds different, thats because we actually are, different.

Pros

I can honestly say this piece of software id very easy to use and can be managed well for bookings. New staff pick it up very easily due to the simple part of the software and for managers its very easy to block booking times or amend confirmations etc. I'd say the best thing about this is the support from Avenista which is very fast and efficient

Cons

I wouldn't say there is anything I don't like about this software

Seamless from start to finish- very understanding of non technophiles like myself

Pros

cost effective and very similar to what we previously used without the commission charges

Cons

Maybe takes a moment or two longer in procedures to take a reservation- but worth the effort

Best customer service the entire team especially our rep,are brilliant and response super fast to any queries you have and always providing smart solutions without pointless jargon, also their prices are far more competitive than any table management software in the market.

Pros

It helps you utilize floor space and turn tables with ease. Has great reporting options and customer service is 5 stars.

Cons

I would of liked the option of placing your waitstaff in sections and controlling their covers per section. But has hundreds of other features no other software has.
