I like how we can open multiple encounters and that the system is easy to understand when training new staff. Cons There's not much I don't like about Sevocity to be honest, I think its a great program and it has helped out office become more efficient. I would like to be able to go back and reference messages even after they have been sent but thats the only thing I think that could be improved.
