### "Best EMR/EHR I've used"

October 12, 2023

4.0

I really like Valant, and I appreciate the company's openness to feedback.

Pros

Intuitive interface, easy to use templates, ability to customize forms/templates, how the scheduler/calendar is presented, and helpful customer support.

Cons

I wish there was a way to pull up a clients lab results (outside of opening the document faxed by the lab/doctor's office), and compare current/past labs. I think this would be extremely helpful, especially since clinicians often monitor labs in psychiatry and it is quite cumbersome to have to sift through all the clients documents to find the results from various points in time. I would also love to have a feature where the clinician can get a notification/reminder when it is time to have the client have their labs drawn again, as well as a notification to contact the client for the instances when the client was given a lab order but their results were not received.

### "Great EHR for Mental health/Substance use therapist"

October 12, 2023

4.0

Great. Works like it should 99% of the time and I only have one problem with it and that problem is not that big of a deal to me. I would recommend highly for mental health/substance use therapist note, documentation and scheduling.

Pros

Easy to use for the most part and well organized. Easy to find what I need and works as intended with a high reliability.

Cons

I only really have only one con to report about Valant and that is when using the templated notes from last on one, just one, of our templates, we use several templates, does not always pull the last information correctly, we make a template in Word unique to our office and Valant uploads it to their EHR. Not a hugh problem and I would still recommend Valant 10/10 as this is not anything more than a minor inconvience.

### "Would recommend Valant for Mental Health"

July 18, 2023

5.0

The reason we have stayed with Valant since 2016 is the ease of navigating the flow of the work. Documentation and the way it prints out in a professional manner is a plus, customer service - especially for billing - they go above and beyond to resolve issues/answer questions. Never make you feel inadequate. Appointment reminders have made a huge difference in reducing no shows.

Pros

Customer support is awesome. Usually the wait time to talk to a live person is short and usually the person answering the phone can resolve the issue without having to escalate it. The billing system takes time to understand how all pieces work together - but after practice and the assistance of customer support - it is user friendly, efficient use of my time.

Cons

The department that has the worst customer service is accounting for sure. They do not return voicemails and only respond to emails. However, some issues/questions are better resolved by a quick phone call vs. multiple emails back and forth.

### "Really Good EHR System. "

October 19, 2023

4.0

Overall we feel satisfied with the system. There things we still hope could be automated. But, over time we would be able to tell if that is something that can be provided.

Pros

A lot of the features that Valant provides are essential for our business. We are happy with the constant updates and ongoing evolution of the software. It has improved dramatically since we started using this system 5 years ago.

Cons

Initially there were features that were not available which now are. The evolution of the system has been quite positive.

Reason for choosing Valant EHR Suite

It was the system that one of our colleagues was using. So we went with their recommendation.

### "Updates Often"

July 13, 2023

4.0

Pros

The scheduling and document options are great for keeping all records virtual.

Cons

When there are updates, be sure to login to the system earlier than when you need it. Most likely, your computer will have to adjust to any/all updates made; there will also be bugs not yet worked out of the system, and you'll have to navigate those on your own until the bugs are fixed. Customer service is great about answering questions though.

### "terrible customer service"

June 12, 2020

3.0

SLOW EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE, Currently, I have an email support request, now going on TWO WEEKS WITH NO HUMAN RESPONSE. Only automated "we got your message, but we're swamped. If you no longer need a reply, let us know. Otherwise please be patient we'll get to you when we can" canned replies. This is TYPICAL of several past email requests. Calling is difficult due to time-zone differences, so email is by far more practical for my solo practice.

Pros

fair pricing. reliable scheduler, albeit a little cumbersome and old-skool. integrated schedule / billing was fairly easy to submit in batches. mostly, i just keep using it because it's what I originally set up for my practice. I have buyer's remorse all the time.

Cons

For several YEARS (literally), Valant used outdated web technology (Silverlight) that was incompatible with several web browsers and the latest MacOS. They actually encouraged users NOT to update web browsers and desktop OS because it would break compatibility. I've had to DOWNGRADE my firefox browser to an old, obsolete, unsecure version because that was the only way I could access Valant on my Mac. POOR QUICK CLINICAL NOTES MODULE: they TRY to make click-click-click notes sound like "natural language," but colleagues got annoyed and felt like I was faxing them boilerplate notes. Sure notes meet billing requirements, but don't naturally capture actual patient encounters with nuance, which is important in mental health. The notes are several pages long, a waste of ink and paper for the amount of actual content. I stopped using their notes module altogether and went back to paper charts within 6months. It was embarrassing to send my Valant notes to consultants and PCPs.

Their simple clinical notes module (clicking, dictating) looked promising, but after trying for six months I switched back to paper charts.

Dr. Hamamoto, thank you for providing a review of Valant. We always appreciate the feedback good or bad. We are very sorry for your recent experience getting product support. Due to COVID, we have had a record number of requests creating a backlog with our support team, but we have made some adjustments and are rapidly improving response time. We pride ourselves on our high level of service and take this feedback very seriously. Regarding the Silverlight technology and notes module, we have recently released a new platform (IO) that offers a much-improved user experience and is compatible with modern browsers. We are transitioning existing customers to this new platform in waves. Our customer success team will be reaching out to you to discuss access to the new platform and provide support for any outstanding issues.

### "Overpriced for an outdated, frustratingly slow and buggy system"

February 22, 2019

2.0

Was hopeful but after signing on under the promise of an upgrade due 6 months after my contract started, a year later I am still waiting for said upgrade while now we are experiencing so many crashes and freezes a day, we literally don't have time to call and report anymore as it is now costing me money to use the program, staff who are now drastically impacted by them not being able to perform their job in a timely and efficient fashion, and then sit on hold for 45 minutes to report an issue that we reported numerous times without being provided an actual solution or anything that would make it worth staying with them while we are being negatively impacted on a daily basis due to these technical issues.

Pros

It had all the components I need for a large practice, billing, scheduling, note templates, cc integration, e-prescribing, reports, and reminders and some extra like a portal, although useless, measures, and the ability to have seperate locations.

Cons

Where do I start? Crashes numerous times a day is the biggest one, won't sync to a google calendar in the right time zone, there is no mobile app, just a mobile site version, client portal doesn't do much of anything other than send measures to clients to fill out in advance, be able to download a pdf of their statement, and send secure messages to one provider only. Would it be too much to ask to be able to send intake paperwork for an electronic signature or at least be able to integrate with an e-sign program like Intake Q? If you have a multi-specialty practice which has a prescriber, clients can not send secure messages to their therapist and to their prescriber. Clients can't send messages to the admin or schedulers. It only sends an email users that they have a secure message in Valant to review if it comes from a client but not from another user in the practice. The reminders are queued up to be sent out 72 hours in advance so if clients cancel after that, they still get reminders. Reminders don't include office location if you have multiple office locations and can't be customized. Even though the note templates are expansive for some reason, some of the fields that are present on both intake and return visit notes, not all of the content from those fields carry over from the intake into a return visit progress note such as mental health history! And that field is one that will appear on all notes even when it is not filled out, unlike some tabs that will be omitted

### "Valant.io and the phenomenal customer service. "

May 10, 2021

4.0

I do apologize for adding this under the heading of EHR Suite. I couldn't find the location for reviewing Valant.io (probably user error! HA!) Anyhow, as I said before, the initial changeover was difficult. I feel that your team has made some very necessary adjustments and those that have not yet changed over will have less trouble than I had. I feel with the customer service that I have received thus far, I have no doubt that your team will be able to make more necessary adjustments in the future that will further help the ease of use.

Pros

I was weary of the new valant.io system. Initially, it was difficult to use. Once the team made some much needed updates and I was able to learn the new interface, I actually prefer valant.io to the other system. I like that each click now has its own tab. I LOVE that you can actually type in a patient name in reports and it actually takes you to the letter in the alphabet rather than having to scroll through the entire list of patients. I like the record appointment feature. The billing tab is SO HELPFUL! Your customer service team is one of the best in the business. They know their stuff and if they don't know, they find someone who does. I am EXTREMELY IMPRESSED with customer service at valant. I am very excited about the prospect of using the patient portal. I was unaware that this came as a part of my current subscription. I think more practices would use it if they knew they didn't have to pay extra per month and that the costs for previous patients is minimal.

Cons

I was weary of the new valant.io system. Initially, it was difficult to use. Once the team made some much needed updates and I was able to learn the new interface, I actually prefer valant.io to the other system. The patient statement section needs a lot of work. I need to be able to print simple statements for the patients. I can understand your statements but they are not patient friendly. My patients don't need to see reason codes and charge backs, etc. They need...you were charged, insurance paid this, you owe this due to copay, coinsurance, etc. Also, we all work under one facility. If I only have one facility, I should not need to use the drop down box to put the facility in each time I am adding in a patient.

### "Disappointed "

February 4, 2019

3.0

My experience had been initially positive. However, the lack of facile customer service or upgrades has been disappointing. There are now other EHRs that are very competitively priced and allow for forms to be developed, and provide more ready access to customer service. My greatest concern is the fact that once the contract ends, all records are out of access. I had been exploring alternative options, but discovered that I would not be able to contract with Valant for less than a year of service. This meant that I had to choose - would I be without access to my files at all, or would I pay for a year of service. There was no negotiation and no options were made possible. I am now very concerned about what happens to records when I retire. I had been pleased that there would be a secure repository for my patient records (I have had a Valant account for 6 years and was an early adopter for a small practice). I find that I am now going to be VERY aggressive in finding and preparing for a migration a year from now to prevent the need to continue to be essentially held hostage as I feel currently. This situation is both unfortunate and unnecessary. It is frankly not the cost of the EHR that will cause me to move on, but the lack of concern for my needs or the needs of the patients I treat. I had honestly not expected this. I live in Seattle, work locally and had wanted to support a local start-up. I had anticipated a very different experience.

Pros

The positives of this software includes the standardized assessments and the inclusion of the necessary elements for both assurance that liability standards are met and billing standards are complete. I also like that the charts and e-prescribing can be accessed on my mobile phone.

Cons

1\. Customer service is far less than one would expect given the cost of this program. Lack of ability to actually talk with a customer service person directly, rather than rely on emails that are really not responsive to the questions posed. 2. Lack of user friendliness to operate the patient portals. 3. Once an active contract ends, the data that I had anticipated would be in secure storage, is no longer accessible to me in any way without having paid Valant for assistance to migrate it. This is quite different from what initial marketing had described. It means that once the contract ends - for example retirement, that files may not be accessible unless additional measures are taken. This means that the lifetime data storage is really not very meaningful or helpful over time.

Hi Susan, Thank you for your feedback. We read all these reviews and take your feedback seriously. Here's some clarification about your concerns. 1. Valant phone support is available to all our customers M-F 6:00am-5:00pm PT and we have recently added additional support agents to decrease wait times. 2. Major enhancements to our patient portal are coming in the second half of 2019. 3. When a contract ends customers can export their data using tools built into the EHR or with the help of our support team. Valant returns data to our customers at their request at the end of a contract and does not charge for this service. Cheers, -Valant Team

### "THIS IS THE EMR TO USE if you're in Behavioral Healthcare"

April 23, 2022

5.0

Excellent experience. COVID provided unique challenges that effected everyone, but since the adoptions of out of office workflows and how Valant accommodates and facilitates everything has been great

Pros

Total functionality of having everything in one place. Billing, Portal functions, implementation of VBC and outcome measures and rating scales. Valant's integrated Outcome Measures have allowed us to increase our insurance reimbursements more than 20% using 96127 as an add on code. I couldn't really use 96127 without Valant's functionality. Additionally, the ability to share outcome measure data directly with patients have helped us increase patient adherence to medication and treatment plans, translating to more opportunities for more patients. As a result of our increased reimbursement rate, my Prescribers all get paid more via their % split and I can afford to pay a higher tier salary to my therapists - ALL OF WHICH HELPS RETAIN MY PROVIDERS b/c I'M PAYING THEM HIGHER THAN MARKET ANNUAL PAY. RE: Documentation - Therapists at our practice, prior to Valant, would take 1.5 hours to write up an intake note, now our Therapists can complete their intake note in 25-30 minutes, because the intake questionnaires and screeners populate directly from Valant's portal (where the clients complete their intake forms) into the intake note. When my therapists open their intake note, many of the sections are prepopulated - so my therapists NO LONGER HAVE TO REGURGITATE CONTENT FROM INTAKE FORMS INTO THEIR INTAKE NOTE. Valant does this for me automatically. No Show Rates have dropped significantly due to Valant's Messaging Tool. RE: Claims - we have greater than 99% success rate

Cons

Only one thing, There are some bugs in the telehealth that need some ironing out. I understand there's new functionality being released in July '22. Look forward to that.

Reason for choosing Valant EHR Suite

Behavioral Healthcare Specific. It means a lot that Valant understands the BH market and does not pursue any other Medical Specialties. Valant Support is Amazing - they understand how Mental Health works clinically and operationally. Has a big impact on our practice. Other EMRs say they understand BH, but they don't. Valant does. And has done a great job advancing Valant's features in alignment with how Behavioral Healthcare has shifted over time.

### "Truly Better Than Most"

February 22, 2024

5.0

The overall experience has been great. I have used many medical and mental health billing platforms and this has been the best so far.

Pros

Valant has a user friendly interface, incredibly easy to use, and we can keep everything right here in the system. Customer service is great and easy to work with when anything is needed.

Cons

That you must purchase another system for claims managment. That can become super expensive and difficult moving between both systems.

We outgrew Practice Mate because they don't have batch billing. It was difficult to bill one claim at a time for 12 providers. EHR Your Way seemed good but in practice it was difficult and not user friendly. Their customer service was outsourced and the language barrier was difficult to get through.

### "Worth The Money But Many Avoidable Issues"

November 6, 2019

5.0

Pros

Pretty easy to read doctor's schedules and I have the ability to group schedules to my liking. There are a lot of features that other offices can use that would make Valant first choice over other EMRs.

Cons

I would have liked more customization to make my job easier. As a practice that doesn't accept insurance, I would have liked to take off some features that are included while hovering over each patient. We don't need to worry about insurance and copays. Instead, I would have liked to see any balance amount and especially patient's D.O.B. In order to get to any of that info, you need to click twice to get to patient's info and then click another time to actually access their info. Another example is putting a patient's card on file. If they don't have an appointment the same day you have to make a "fake" appointment under their name in order to put a card on file, enter their info and then exit out and delete that appointment. Another example would be if I needed to block out a certain time, I can't just select time time and complete it. I have to go to "non patient appointment" and enter some kind of text which often would be "." (a period). Otherwise I can't make a time block. Another issue, though not last, is that cards on file are stored in a separate software which you have to log in. The problem with that is in order to look at patient's payment history (i.e. which card they used for which service) you would have to log in to NMI. Overall I feel there's a lot of unnecessary clicking that could be avoided in order to make this software easier to use. I feel if this software had more options and ability to cater to what I need, I would have liked it more.

### "Highly recommended!"

March 28, 2023

5.0

The business benefits include a significant decrease in time spent on administrative tasks and documentation leaving me more time for clients, myself, and reducing my overall stress level. Additional business benefits include increased confidence for accuracy in billing and being paid in a timely manner, also increased confidence that my clinical documentation will meet or exceed audit requirements. And as a clinician, it enhances my ability to provide more meaningful assessments to clients.

Pros

Valant is a clinically comprehensive and sound software that is intuitive to practitioners and user-friendly. It provides exceptional options to support top-notch clinical documentation, organize and track all functions in charts, scheduling, and billing, it includes customizable options for calendars, documents, notes, treatment plans, and so on. Using this software makes my record-keeping and all other administrative tasks easy, fast, accurate, and saves me valuable time and provides excellent security and peace of mind. Also, their customer support is the best I have ever encountered.

Cons

Integration with my previous business was quick and easy. I find all the features exceed my expectations. I did not find the webinars particularly helpful; although they were well-organized, for me they moved too fast through too much new information and I wasn't able to grasp or retain it well. The ability to grasp the user skills was greatly enhanced by the Knowledge Base provided and by patient and knowledgeable customer service personnel that could walk me through some processes and explain things and answer questions during the process.

Reason for choosing Valant EHR Suite

Valant had many more and higher quality options for both clinical and administrative tasks.

### "Good product for MH but could be better"

October 24, 2023

4.0

There are many times I wish things were different with Valant. It is enough of a problem I grumble a lot, but it has not gotten to the level that I have changed EHR providers. Many things work well, but when doing a free trial, you don't get deep enough into the platform to really look at all the miniscule features. I don't know that there is a better platform, but I really wish the engineers would speed up the calendar and add a way for patients to reply back to appt reminders (I've been asking for that feature for years).

Pros

For the cost, Valant has a good set of features (appointments, notes, billing are all integrated in one system)

Cons

Since the new platform came out a couple years ago, the suite has been slow. Valant has tried to implement more and more new features instead of getting the core features working better. Why add telehealth when your calendar takes multiple seconds (5-10) to load when moving from screen to screen? This is just one example.

I am very glad that we decided to go with Valant.

Pros

Valant was the best choice for our behavioral health clinic. They continue to update and expand features that have improved the functioning of our system. It has saved time and worked well with our systems. Billing was a major improvement and linking to our Calander and notes was essential.

Cons

There are some features in the assessment and MTP that could be improved for our particular uses. Also billing is slightly complicated and could be simplified with some small adjustments. I do however appreciate the flexibility.

### "best advice"

October 22, 2023

Overlall,my personal experience has been good, with only a couple of gliches.

Pros

It is easy to use as far as scheduling and documentation. It could not be easier to collect copays at the time of payment.

Cons

I find that the color contrast on the sight is not conducive to easy reading as you are using a light blue rather than black. Perhaps you are doing this to feel unique but unique does not make it easy to read. I also thing that adding spell check would greatly improve the product. It would also be helpful if the payment screen was movable rather that having to adjust the size to be able to read it and then adjust again to be able to see the submit button at the bottom.

### "Senior Citizen Can Use it Daily and Smile! "

March 23, 2021

5.0

Excellent. Good value for the money. Easy access to everything our mental health practice needs to assure professional documentation and accountability. When we first began, a phone call was answered by the second ring. Now, it takes an extra step or two, but call backs DO happen without a second call within the same business day. We will remain a Valant customer!

Pros

Ease of use! Every thing I need to schedule, bill, check the providers documentation, reconcile patient accounts, is all in view. A click or two and it is done. I appreciate the Knowledge Base feature for information and Contact Support feature for prompt assistance. The Report tool has become a favorite for providing clear data to the providers/owners. Training modules are required for our new hires before they see me - provides basic process information that is easy for me to extend so new hires (providers) get with it quickly. But for my primary job, billing process is done daily with just a few clicks of the mouse!

Cons

Sometimes I feel like it has too much to offer a practice. I know it can do much more for our small practice than we know how to use effectively. The PHD among us struggles with the features in Mobile Notes - mostly because he has struggled to "change" his established process for documenting. Valant has allowed templates to be added that make his work for comfortable.

Reason for choosing Valant EHR Suite

Cost factor was first - followed closely by customer service. We were new to electronic records - we were using flip phones! Customer service was always a phone call away: positive, patient, friendly services. Even now, once in a while, I call with a billing step question specifically for add-on procedures, sometimes it is clear to me that they don't immediately know the steps I need but they work through the problem with me and talk me through the process successfully. Customer Service is a thing of the past in most places, but NOT at Valant.

Now that I have been using it for a few years, I am very comfortable with most features. Occasionally, I have an issue and have to contact customer service, but when doing so, I always gain more knowledge and am able to share what I have learned with others.

Pros

Valant EHR is easy to use and the customer service is always very professional, pleasant and helpful when needed. They are US based and that makes a hugh difference to most other EHR Systems.

Cons

The one thing that I wish was a little different would be that the charts were all contained, and it did not open multiple tabs as you navigate through the chart.

### "I would NOT recommend Valant"

April 6, 2017

2.0

I have been a practice manager for a psychotherapy practice since 1998. I have worked with 3 different practice management softwares. My practice switched to Valant in 2014 because we wanted to go web-based. I have had issues with them from the start. The reporting is not very good. We are not able to run accurate reports of % collected per month. When you run an aging report it shows the full charge balance but not the expected amount owed based on the fee schedule. Once the appointments are saved they become separate from the transaction so if a change is made in the appointment is is not updated in the transaction automatically. This has caused many billing errors. There is not a copy from bottom to copy patient demographics to the responsible party or to the subscriber or to another family member. Therefore you have to re-enter the address, phone #s and insurance information when entering other family members. It does not have a zip code library so that when you enter the zip code it automatically filled in city and state. If you enter in an authorization after a client has been seen it doesn't not count down based on the sessions you attach it to so you have to remember to count down manually. We initially used the patient portal but stopped using it because the patient forms were not customizable therefore we had to upload our paper forms onto the portal and the patients ended up having to print them out anyways. I know that it is possible to do all of these things because our old software Therapist Helper has these features. They just are not web-based yet. I have sent my suggestions to Valant customer service however they keep telling me that they are not able to make significant changes to the software but they will keep it mind. They also have been saying that they are working on another version of the software so their focus is on creating the new software instead of fixing the current software. The customer support was decent and the tech support reps usually know what they are talking about and are able to fix any issues that we have (other than the above issues). The electronic billing works pretty good and ERAs are easy to apply.

Pros

\-electronic claims submission -ERAs

Cons

\-reports (not enough accurate reports) -patient portal (not customizable) -patient demographics (not customizable) -appointments & transactions do not update each other

### "A good product gone bad since pandemic. "

October 24, 2023

3.0

Great in the first three years. Now I am in process of finding a replacement. Since the pandemic support has been lousy. In the last two year there has been a steady increase in data error and user interface changes that make the screens difficult to use. And so far, they do not fix data errors they create.

Pros

In the beginning, I was very happy with this software. Everything I needed was there for me to run a solo practice including complete billing and insurance claims processing.

Cons

In the end, I became quite disillusioned by the decline of the quality of the software and the lack of support. And the expense of this package and the linked clearinghouse software, Waystar, doubled over the last three years.

Reason for choosing Valant EHR Suite

It was at one time an affordable, reliable, user friendly package with excellent support. Not it fails on all four adjectives.

### "I strongly recommend Valant"

July 15, 2023

5.0

My overall experience has been very positive. This is why I stick to Valant as my EHR system. it is well-worth the yearly price, it helps me a lot in my daily practice by streamlining tasks. I strongly recommend psychologists to try it.

Pros

It is easy and intuitive to use. There is a teaching period to help you learn the platform. I love scheduler, my notes, the integrates screeners, billing and creation of EDI, there are so many aspects to explore.

Cons

I wish I could create customized receipts

Reason for choosing Valant EHR Suite

it is a upgrade compare to the other sites I visited in all aspects.

### "Valant Review"

October 12, 2023

4.0

Pros

I like that it is all in one for scheduling, billing, and documentation.

Cons

Customer service is wonderful once you get a hold of them, but hold times are too long. The prospective patient feature is a great idea, but needs work.I have connectivity issues with Valant on a regular basis, but I can go to other web sites without trouble at that same time.I’d like for prospective patients to be able to schedule appointments directly into providers’ schedules, pending provider approval.I’d like Valant to add a couples and a families mechanic. Right now there is no graceful way to facilitate this work.

Reason for choosing Valant EHR Suite

It was recommended by people I trusted.

### "Finally an excellent EMR program!"

December 30, 2020

5.0

I am pleased our practice is using Valant and find it has my personal practice viable. I have used the most expensive to the free versions of other software companies, both in private practice and in hospital. I find Valant the finest product I have used. Objectively, no program is perfect, any more than there is such a thing as a perfect Clinician. However, in researching other EMR programs, I feel confident in saying that Valant is the best of the best. I have been using computers in my practice since my start in Family Practice in 1986, during the days of "DOS". Valant is an example of what can be achieved with a great team of programmers and support personnel! This will be a well spent investment in your practice.

Pros

This is my ninth EMR I have had to learn and use. Out of all I have used in my 41 years of practice, this is the finest. It is well designed, well supportive and serves us well in a General Psychiatry and Psychology practice. Both the Therapists and Prescribing Clinicians have adapted well to it, and I as a Prescribing Physician Assistant find it an excellent way to follow and care for my patients. I cannot speak to the billing module, however the clinical sections are near perfect. I have even owned a self contained EMR that remained resident on my laptop prior to Internet Cloud based programs. Valant far exceeds my needs and expectations for a program for a Psychiatric program.

Cons

The so called "Patient Portal" does not integrate with the patient's chart and must be under development as it is not yet in the newest "IO platform". That appears to be the only deficit I have experienced thus far after using Valant for over four years.

### "Valant's EHR has Revolutionized my Practice. Clearly for Behavioral Healthcare. Very Easy."

November 5, 2021

5.0

Valant's billing has improved my billing process time by 70%. I save between 4-8 hours per week in documentation time bc of how easy it is to complete measures/screeners/clinical documentation. Templates are rich in Behavioral healthcare, saves me time to have to write as it's check boxes that create narrative.

Pros

Love Notes, Measures, Screeners, Macros and the ease of use in being designed by BH providers. Integrated credit card has +++ impacted my payments and collections. Seamlessly integrated.

Cons

Valant didn't used to have integrated cc, now that is solved. It now has integrated telehealth. That problem is solved now as well.

Reason for choosing Valant EHR Suite

Time. Efficiency. Quality of Support and Training. Valant clearly understands me and my market.
