Pros With ToolWatch I was able to scan barcodes and be able to check tools in and out at various locations instantly. It helped me to trace the status and the position of each item accurately and make sure that nothing would be overlooked. Cons I experienced some cases of freezing or lagging, this was when I was moving between warehouse and jobsite modules. We tried using some advanced features when onboarding that backfired but a basic onboarding would be seamless. We're in constant contact with our reps and support is responsive to our questions. Pros It took us to the next level with regards to consumable inventory management and accuracy. It also allows us to schedule and track maintenance on our equipment which eliminated the need for extra software. Cons From an accounting perspective, the costing methods that are used currently do not generate an accurate material inventory value. I have been told an update is coming to include that feature.
