It works well, but I can't say it is grand. However, it does work better for us than other platforms we have tried. We are staying with PCRS so that says something good about it.

Pros

I like how it tracks claims and the policy features. It is a well-made software for this.

Cons

the worst thing is the software will not let a contract re-instate. This happens alot in the industries. we have lost sales because of this.

We have had a very positive overall relationship. We performed an implementation/conversion in less than five months primarily due to the support and expertise of the PCMI team.

Pros

Ease of use, level of detail, advanced reporting and earnings calculations

Cons

Claims screen seems to lag but this may be an internal issue. All other modules function with adequate speed.
