It was was always easy to use, but since their introduction of drag and drop for uploads and downloads, it has become even easier. We can drag files from our ImageDirector directly into InDesign and no longer need to first download the Images. This is phenomenal, as, by the way, is their customer service. Other companies that I deal with could learn a thing or two about how important I am to them.
