"Reporting usage"
Overall: Problem with the dates on export to CSV brings it out in mixed formats some text some date format shows in Eptica as English data format, exports in American format but when you go to reformat to English it advises already in English, it's not helpful :( Reporting once deomstrated is okay but would benefit from something specific which has additional costs attached.
