Automating AP has saved our team so much time. Now they have more time to focus on other tasks. We're operating leaner, avoiding penalties, appropriately stretch and can quickly report on where we stand with payables. Pros Since Anybill's automation software only handles accounts payable, it's far more rich and better for handling accounts payable than other software and service providers that handle other tasks as well. It allows us to do many things that other automated accounting and payment processing software can't--like segmenting types of invoices and prioritizing some invoices over others to stretch out payment terms and avoid late payment penalties. Cons It only handles accounts payable tasks and workflow. We wish we could replace other ERP-related tasks, like accounts receivable, with Anybill's software. It's far more adaptable and lets you do more than proprietary or enterprise level systems.
