Shiftboard is a life saver. It has saved our company thousands in overtime. It's user friendly. The support staff are exceptional. If you need a scheduling tool Shiftboard is the way to go.

Pros

gives me access to volunteer for various organizations and be reminded of my status of shifts.

Cons

it can be hard to find the category you need between available..shift view and confirmed. Would be better if all was on same page

Overall very useful app for shift workers also for management.

Pros

It is simple and shows all the shift times names etc. It is very useful creatively made software. It helps to figure out the workers shift times mainly.

Cons

Not so popular these days but still getting more and more users, however I do not consider this as a con.
