" October 20, 2017 5.0 Pros I work as a temporary worker with a minimum of required shifts a month, it allows me to see the total options and easily take a shift, cancel a shift, confirm a shift, ask more information about a shift or put mine up for trade when something comes up in my personal life I need to attend to. It is professional and clear, easy to navigate, and easy to remind myself about my options. Cons I think it would be fun to have a face photo of people when their names come up as on Facebook as being a temp on a large team I sometimes have no picture in my mind of the person whose name appears that I am communicating with. The worst part was deleting shifts, I would have to click delete 3-4 times to get a shift to delete. I did not fell efficient most of the time when using the system. The functionality for clocking in and out on mobile and adding manual timecards is also user friendly and makes it easy to keep everything relating to hours and approved time in one place. It is a one stop shop that the whole department can use. Pros This is easy to use and the user interface is set up so that anyone (even those with minimal computer experience) can use it. October 21, 2017 3.0 Pros As long as you remember your password it works well. I also like the ease of using this when I do have the time to select an ushering position for Playmakers. Cons It's hard to use on my cellphone because the screen is so small and sometimes the usher spots for the plays are released during the day when I'm at work and can't access my computer. Pros I like that I can look up members of my team easily while i am managing the calendar. I also like that I can see the entire week at one time. I like the ability to rate team members for use next year. Cons It can be hard to navigate. I have to go in and out of the calendar to check information for my team members and I had a hard time finding reports I needed without getting help from another administrator. I also found adding shifts to be cumbersome.
