Comments: I liked the way the programed looked and how the reports formed. but getting the program to work was a challenge. I have Mitel 3300 and set it up on a IP SMDR Had to call to have the tech support set it up twice. Tech support is very hard to get, you leave a information in a voice mail and they will get back to you if they feel like it. they do not leave messages if they do return the call. I have a email situation that still has not been resolved and I have had the program almost a year. I suggest research very carefully.
