Pros: Very much helpful tool for data maintenance and data migration. One time mapping helps setup the recurring data updates.

Cons: Building the mapping needs training. Usage of tool is completely dependent on the mapping of the table in the jitterbit tool.

Pros: Jitterbit made Scheduling very easy and simplified. The benefit is that we don't have to manually run processes since they are schedulable to the cloud. Also, the data mapping is simplified and easy to use.

Cons: I feel like doing integration it gives us a hard times because . A single typo error in a script may cause your integration flow to fail.

Overall: The major part which we are doing is scheduling the data. We utilize Jitterbit to load data from our Oracle servers and from our SQL servers to schedule data loads into Salesforce. The good part is that we don't have to manually run processes since they are schedulable to the cloud.

Pros: It is very easy to use, intuitive interface and robust software support make it the most flexible solution available.

Cons: There is actually nothing which I really dislike but the only thing which I don't like about it is its UI , I dislike the interface, it's a little bit old and sometimes the field or attribute exists it's just hard to find

Overall: I have been working with jitterbit for about five years now. And for Last 5 years, we have used Jitterbit in many Projects or I should say many of integration projects and in every project, Jitterbit has added great values. Visual user interface, easily creating error notifications, Cloud project backup, Harmony... All these enhancements over years make our life easier. It does not matter which systems you are trying to integrate. Also, the cloud solution which let you store the project in client location.

Pros: Firstly the main point is that it preserves mapping which is not the case with salesforce data loader. Secondly, it is very easy to use.

Cons: Jitterbit's mapping tool is fairly good, but entering a large amount of field information for data mapping and transformation can be time-consuming and cumbersome.

Overall: We are using Jitterbit to Integrate our ERP with our CRM - Salesforce. I've been using the Jitterbit data loader for almost all my Salesforce data.It supports standard Salesforce Apex Data Loader in quite many ways. Apart from this, we can even use it to manipulate data in Salesforce according to our sales requirement.

Pros: User friendly

Cons: sometimes the UI isn't great

Overall: The mapping functionality gives a great visual for users. I think this helps gives users confidence that they are mapping the correct fields. How to delete a single field mapping it's great from a user experience but it works all the same.

Comments: In order to connect your internal applications, connect with external systems, etc. you need a one-stop hub that can handle it. JitterBit can definitely do it and they give what they promise. It's a pretty OK solution and it's easy enough to use, but for the cost of it I expected a tremendous amount more and I would rather go with a more comprehensive platform even if it meant sacrificing some usability. The real value add here comes in if you need to constantly change things as that's the part that's easy.

Pros: - Simple interface - Decent collection of endpoint options - Willing to take on their competitors' features if you challenge them to it

Cons: - Extremely expensive considering quality of support and flexibility - Performance is OK, but there is a bit to be desired in terms of general functionality
