### "ARMS From the point of view of Maintenance Control "

Pros

As a maintenance control engineer, ARMS defect tracking and Maintenance tracking system is easy to use and the report generation is available in both excel and pdf format.

Cons

The software lags a lot and the customer service is not up to the task.

Each time a request is made to either change, improve or amend applications from the ARMS system, our ARMS colleagues go out of their way to expedite the required changes in a short period of time as well (more importantly) a conference call is made by them in which they will communicate either the changes implemented by ARMS or discuss the requirement of the end user in an attempt to facilitate the requirements of the end user. Great job.

Pros

Not to complex to work on the ARMS system, especially first time users.

Cons

Sometime slow due to the internet connections to the main frame in India (Not the fault of ARMS)

We are currently monitoring and compiling technical records with the help of ARMS. It helps us to access our records digitally without the need to go through hard copies.

Pros

The best thing about ARMS is the customized work flow menu for COSCAP based airlines. The interface is simple and precise, so its easy to learn without much training.

Cons

Every once in a while the software breaks down. Also, if you want to add new features the process is long and arduous.

Pros

Customer Support. The customer Support of ARMS has been so good and helpful for us. Day or Night, the ARMS team has helped in fault & error correction.

Cons

Testing & Implementing time for customization request. We had submitted many request for customization of product. Even though all requests were corrected, it took more time than we expected.

Bin location not reflected on part acceptance tag. Other than new condition not ticked automatically, Scope of work not picked automatically and so on.
