Pros: Very intuitive
Collector-friendly
Platform is very stable - no significant problems or downtime in more than ten years
Service reps are knowledgeable and helpful

Cons: Trust accounting features not as intuitive as the remainder of the package, but capabilities are there.

Overall: Wincollect has been our organization's lifeblood for more than ten years. We had a brief experience with another application a few years back because of some concerns at the time about the closing of Wincollect's Dallas office. The experience with the other application was not a good one and we appreciated the utility and efficiency of Wincollect more than ever. We quickly rejoined the Wincollect family and the conversion process was smooth.

Pros: We have been using WC for over 5 yrs. Conversion was very smooth, service is very good. Implementation was great, the people we worked with were very knowledgeable and clearly understood what our requirements were. The system is user friendly for Agents, which in turn assisted us in our training and that went smoothly. Good use of reports and custom reports.

Cons: The only con we had was the time difference between the US and Australia. This is no longer an issue working with Rod MacKenzie and his team. Service is now much easier and more available.

Overall: I would recommend the system, it has been very effective for our collections. We handled collections for 12 seperate catalog companies all under 1 parent company and we maintained excellent reporting by each division.
