I am now without a system to track my work, cases and invoices. I contacted their customer service support page. I needed to change my invoice template--it is such a terrible system. I don't think that I have seen anything quite like it. Pros Since they a changed the software, nothing. There is absolutely no support for things like changing the invoice templates. It is an extremely complicated task, which even the support person agreed---Sent me a zoom invite for the next day, and marked the problem resolved 2 hours after I made the appointment Cons I requested assistace from rocket matter via their 888 number. I got someone on the phone who said that he would set up a time to do a zoom call. I then received an email that the matter was resolved. It was not!
